Health, Social Care and Well-Being Partnership Officer Vacancy

The Health, Social Care and Well-Being Partnership Officer is the first point of contact supporting and building the Health, Social Care and Well-Being Agenda at a local and regional level.

You will need to be an excellent communicator with the ability to negotiate and empower. A good understanding of the third sector’s role in Health, Well-Being and Social Care along with knowledge of Health and Social Care policy and the Social Services and Well-being Act 2014 is essential.

Salary: SCP 28 – 32 £25,463 - £29,056 pa pro rata

Actual Starting Salary: SCP 28 - £20,654.67 pa

Hours: 30 hours per week (work pattern to be agreed)

Location: Blaenau Gwent

Funded by Aneurin Bevan University Health Board until 31st March 2025
