Are you passionate about community empowerment and diversity? Age Alive is looking for a dynamic Project Manager to lead and support impactful projects for the BME 50+ community in Newport and surrounding areas.

📍 Location: Hybrid (Home & Office – Clarence House, Newport)

🕒 Hours: 16 hours/week

💷 Pay: £16/hour

📅 Contract: 3-Year Fixed Term (with renewal option)

⏰Applications Close: 17th June 2025

What You’ll Do:

Lead and manage community projects with compassion and professionalism
Identify funding opportunities and write strong applications
Collaborate with our volunteer committee and support members
Monitor project progress and report to funders
Represent Age Alive at events and meetings
Support digital outreach and communication efforts

What We’re Looking For:

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Experience in project management
Excellent communication and IT skills
Passion for working with older people and diverse communities
Ability to work independently and flexibly
