Marketing and Communications Officer Vacancy

The role of the Marketing and Communications Officer is to promote and implement the organisation’s marketing strategy. As the lead officer for GAVO publications and social media the Officer will provide support to colleagues in all areas of communications to ensure consistency in the use of the GAVO brand. GAVO will be celebrating its 100th Anniversary in 2027 and the role will be pivotal to ensuring maximum publicity and engagement.

A creative and confident team player, the successful candidate will have a key knowledge and understanding of marketing and communications within similar organisations

Salary: SCP 27 - 30 £27,731 - £30,765 pa pro rata (Actual Salary £18,737 - £20,787 pa)

Hours: 25 Hours Per Week (work pattern to be agreed)

Contract: Permanent

Location: Based in Caerphilly (with travel to office bases across Gwent)
