Take a look at our courses available in January 2024 and either email epp@gavo.org.uk or fill in a booking form on a separate post. All of our courses are run by individuals who live with Long Term Health Conditions including Fibromyalgia, Diabetes, Chronic Pain, Chronic Fatigue, Sleep Apnea, just to name a few. You will be looked after by our caring volunteers who have all been in the same position as you and completed at least 1 EPP course
