With over 24 years’ experience in the voluntary sector, I bring wide-ranging expertise in community development, project management, and leadership. I support community groups and social enterprises to strengthen governance, secure sustainable funding, and create lasting, positive change through effective partnerships and well-managed, impactful projects.

I support young people aged 14–25 to explore volunteering opportunities and connect with projects that match their interests. I also help deliver the Youth Led Grant, which funds projects run by young people. It’s inspiring to see the passion and dedication of young people across our borough!

Our small team is dedicated to spreading the Early Language Key messages across Caerphilly, and work with families within the Borough to support and development the speech and language of their littles ones as they grow.
