If your community group, charity or social enterprise is based in the Caerleon area and has projects you'd like to do with this grant money, please download the forms in this blog attached below and send them to the email address listed on the forms.
The grant can be used towards core costs within the framework of a project.
Please note that this grant has a 15% match funding requirement. We will consider volunteer hours calculated at living wage rates and existing donations or in-kind donations of materials or expertise from professionals or companies towards activities already in progress towards this contribution. Therefore please don't let this requirement put you off applying if you are a small group with limited fundraising capacity.
This Grant Scheme is a wide-ranging community grant for any community activities that fall within the general charitable/ third sector areas of well-being, eco/green or sustainability, or alteration of poverty or hardship.
Please note that this is a small grants scheme with a maximum grant of £2000 per project per year.
There is currently no deadline for this grant. However, a deadline may be set by the committee in's next meeting.
