Organisations from across Newport's third sector are coming together to shape positive change for neurodivergent people. Following discussions at the Newport Third Sector Network meeting in August, a dedicated working group has been established, led by Third Sector forum member Tessa Polniaszek, to contribute to Newport City Council's ongoing work to develop a strategy for a neurodiversity-friendly city, while also exploring a broader vision for a neuroinclusive Newport. A cancer diagnosis can place significant pressure on finances, making it harder for some people to access affordable, nutritious food.
