Have your say about Child Poverty in Wales

Writer's picture: GAVOGAVO

The Welsh Government (WG) is beginning its consultation process to replace the current Child Poverty Strategy which has been in place since 2015. Families have been under extra pressure because of Covid, followed by the cost of living crisis. At the same time the Welsh Government budget has been under pressure and they have had to prioritise what we do and how we spend money to support the immediate needs of people.

There are still a lot of things that the Welsh Government and public services in Wales can do to improve the lives of children and their families who are in poor households and to reduce poverty in the longer term. Especially when we all work together. Welsh Government would like your views on this important issue.

Please complete this questionnaire to help contribute to the next policy. The survey will take approximately 4 minutes to complete.
