Important survey on the value of the Third Sector in Gwent

TVA and GAVO have commissioned delivery of a one-off strategic project exploring and evidencing the value of the third sector in Gwent. The work will focus on early intervention, prevention, and cost avoidance for public services.
This commission aligns with the priorities of the Gwent Regional Partnership Board (RPB) and supports regional efforts to evidence and strengthen the preventative value of community-based services. The findings will help inform future commissioning, policy, and investment decisions across Gwent.
Richard Newton Consulting Ltd has been appointed to undertake this work, which is intended to produce a robust, evidence-based understanding of the third sector’s contribution to community wellbeing and local economies.
