Pelvic health issues can affect anyone. This can include issues with;

  • bladder or bowel control,

  • pain,

  • feeling of heaviness or pressure.

  • daily life such as planning activities around availability of toilets,

  • avoiding social situations, exercise etc.

Many women do not seek help because of embarrassment, feel uncomfortable discussing with others or because services seem inaccessible or just not sensitive to needs. This workshop for women only, will be delivered by a pelvic health clinical specialist and will cover:

  • Healthy bowel and bladder function

  • Common reasons pelvic health problems occur

  • Practical tips and strategies to manage symptoms

The aim is to create a safe, supportive space for learning, discussion, and shared experiences, while ensuring participants feel heard and respected.
