Wellbeing Coach (Trailblazer) Vacancy
The Trailblazer pilots focus on individuals aged 16+ who are economically inactive, with particular attention to those who are disabled, have health conditions, or have caring responsibilities.
The post holder will be highly motivated and organised with a commitment to improving community well-being by helping individuals to develop their confidence and readiness to engage in community and economic opportunities.
Salary: SCP 30 £32,639 pa
Hours: 37 Hours Per Week
Location: Based in Blaenau Gwent
Funding: Until 31st March 2027
