Head of Business & Corporate Services (Vacancy)
The Head of Business & Corporate Services will work closely with the CEO, Deputy CEO and Strategic Managers to drive delivery of the Business/Operational Plan, strengthen organisational performance, support income generation and sustainability, and ensure opportunities, risks and areas of underperformance are identified and acted upon.
You will be highly organised, solutions-focused and able to build strong relationships with colleagues, trustees and external partners. With experience of business planning, performance monitoring and change management, you will identify risks, opportunities and areas for improvement, taking action to drive results.
Salary: SCP 44-47 (£47,672pa - £51,069pa)
Hours: 37 per week (Monday to Friday)
Contract: Permanent
Location: Office based with supported agile working across GAVO offices in Gwent (Caerphilly, Blaenau Gwent, Monmouthshire, Newport).
