Our Monmouthshire Volunteer Awards are back! Do you know someone making a difference in their community?
Nominations are now open (closing 13th of July) for the Monmouthshire Volunteer Awards 2026, delivered in partnership with Monmouthshire Housing Association (MHA).
The awards celebrate the volunteers, community groups and local champions who dedicate their time, skills and energy to supporting others and improving life across Monmouthshire.
The awards are your chance to recognise our community champions and unsung heroes, the people who embody the spirit of volunteering every day.
Award Categories:
Best Group – For a group or initiative showing outstanding commitment in their community.
Inspirational Young Person – For a young person under 25 who is making a positive contribution to their local community.
Above and Beyond Award – For an inspiring volunteering journey.
Outstanding Contribution to MHA – For an MHA tenant dedicated to helping others.
Environmental Award – For those going the extra mile to protect and improve the environment.
Health & Wellbeing Award – Recognising those who support the wellbeing of others.
Lord Lieutenant's Award – Celebrating an extraordinary individual whose commitment to volunteering is creating positive change in their community.
