First Public Meeting in Rhymney for Participatory Budgeting!

The first public meeting for the Participatory Budgeting project was held last night at St David's Community Centre in Rhymney between GAVO and Aneurin Bevan University Health Board - a fantastic turnout, lots of valuable discussion and the Residents Panel started!
