The Welsh Government Carers Support fund is open!

Rhondda Cynon Taf
Merthyr Tydfil
In terms of grant eligibility, the funding is limited to one grant application per household and carers that benefitted from the previous rounds of this fund are not able to receive another grant. The grant is to support people struggling with essentials and will be provided via vouchers to buy groceries; household items (cookers, fridges, beds, washing machines, etc); clothing and necessary technology. Please note the carer must live in one of those areas, no matter where the person they care for lives.
Currently, we plan to have the grant open for applications until the 28th of June but may need to close early depending on demand and the grant funds remaining.
