Over the past quarter, the team has continued to progress strategic leadership and operational excellence, advancing our Strategic Plan, improving finance and health & safety processes, and delivering positive funding outcomes for communities. Through active partnership engagement, governance and workforce development, and succession planning, we are ensuring organisational stability while expanding third sector representation across the region. These efforts reflect GAVO’s ongoing commitment to empowering communities and supporting a resilient, well-connected third sector in Gwent.
